Loro sono Lilli la mamma, il piccolo Noah, la piccola Maya e papà Davide.
La voglia di sperimentare e di ricercare è tanta e devo ammettere che questa famiglia ha un punto di forza: la bellezza, e la bellezza tende sempre verso altra bellezza.
La loro casa è accogliente, coinvolgente, essenziale ma allo stesso tempo vissuta in maniera equa; pare che ognuno quì abbia un suo posto e sappia dove andare e cosa fare, sia fuori nel grande giardino che all'interno e a parer mio solitamente quando questo accade è perchè si è instaurato un forte rapporto di rispetto e amore tra i familiari; lo dico proprio perchè ho avuto il tempo di stare un po' con loro ospite a pranzo, un graditissimo e simpatico pranzo: ecco, simpatico è un altro aggettivo per definire bene questa fantastica famiglia.

The desire to experiment and research is great and I must admit that this family has a strong point: beauty, and beauty always tends towards beauty.
Their home is welcoming, engaging, essential but at the same time lived fairly; it seems that everyone here has a place and knows where to go and what to do, both outside in the large garden and inside and in my opinion usually when this happens it is because a strong relationship of respect and love has been established between the members of the family; i say this precisely because I had the time to spend some moments with them as guest for lunch, a very welcome and funny lunch: here that's the word, "funny" is another adjective to define this fantastic family well.

La mia opinione è che tutto quello che fanno non sia utile solamente al benessere, al futuro del loro terreno e dei suoi frutti, ma anche per l'aspetto culturale che supporta la loro comunità valsusina che possiede un territorio talmente imponente per la sua bellezza, natura e storia che non si può permettere che venga deturpato, ma al contrario andrebbe assolutamente custodito.

La genialità di questa famiglia consiste nell'essere naturale e nel non opporsi al corso spontaneo della vita; sembrano parole importanti, forse troppo ridondanti, ma io penso che fare la scelta di andare a vivere in montagna insediandosi in una casa con della terra da coltivare in maniera leale, creare una famiglia e nutrirla bene (non solamente con il buon cibo), cercare il benessere salutare, curare la bellezza intorno, mettere al mondo due figli e crescerli con questo tipo di valori, io credo che tutto questo non lo si possa fare se non si possiedono delle vocazioni. Sto semplicemente cercando di dire che biologico, genuino, autentico non sono solamente valori che possiedono i prodotti che coltivano, ma diventano varie sfumature del loro modo di vivere: tutto questo è geniale perchè essendo spontaneo così com'è accade.
The genius of this family consists in being natural and not opposing the spontaneous course of life; they seem important words, perhaps too redundant, but instead I think that making the choice to go and live in the mountains by settling in a house with land to cultivate in a fair way, create a family and feed it well (not only with their good food) seeking healthy well-being, taking care of the beauty around them, giving birth to two children and raising them with this type of values, I believe that all this cannot be done if you do not have vocations. I'm simply trying to say that organic, genuine, authentic are not only the values that their products undoubtedly have, but above all they are various shades of their way of life: all this is brilliant because it is spontaneous and that's how they get it done.
Credo che Lilli e Daniele abbiano perfettamente compreso che il cibo, se viene rispettato e creato in quanto frutto di una terra trattata in maniera naturale, quindi senza chimica e al di fuori di qualsiasi stress da estreme prestazioni, ci regali quello che meglio sa fare alimentandoci in maniera genuina. Per loro il termine "alimentare" non significa esclusivamente "prendere e mangiare", bensì è un atto culturale; il loro gesto di rispettare la terra proteggendola oggi per il suo futuro, beh, questo è un fatto culturale perchè ci concede la grande possibilità di decidere se alimentarci con prodotti sani, reperiti da produttori leali e di prossimità aiutando la nostra comunità, l'ambiente e noi, oppure di fare ricadere il gesto della "spesa" contro l'ambiente e noi stessi. E poi il fatto di aver due spendidi figli e crescerli trasmettendo questo tipo di valori... Questo è tremendamente e meravigliosamente culturale :)
I believe that Lilli and Daniele have perfectly understood that food, if respected and created as the result of a land treated well and in a natural way, therefore without chemicals and stress from extreme performance, gives us the best by feeding us in a genuine way. For them the term food does not only mean "take" and eat, but it is a cultural act; certainly it is necessary to feed and we must do it with healthy things but the gesture of choosing to respect the earth and use it by protecting it for the future and not only for us now, well, this is a cultural fact because we have the great possibility of deciding whether to feed ourselves by doing falling back the gesture of "spending" against the environment and ourselves, or buying healthy products from loyal, intelligent and proximity producers helping our community, the environment and ourselves. And then the fact of having two wonderful children and raising them by transmitting these types of values that they can verify right around them, well ... This is tremendously and wonderfully cultural, or not? :)
