(Ita-Eng) Genialità che si esprime in coppia / Brilliance that expresses in pairs

La genialità non è solamente abilità ma è qualcosa di trasversale alla pratica, all'esperienza, all'istinto, alla vocazione, alla vivacità; è una scintilla che scocca, una spinta che ci porta verso la giusta soluzione felice. Ma è anche l'estrema capacità di comprendere le cose che accadono intorno a noi più velocemente. A volte è semplicemente un altro punto di vista, non quello scontato ma una visione più personale, maggiormente accesa, vivace, brillante e piena di entusiasmo. Ecco, tutto questo alimenta i cuori di Laura e Samuel e i loro sguardi sono pieni di gioia e voglia di inventare e scoprire mettendosi continuamente in gioco: in questa maniera il percorso non ha fine. Il lavoro certo è tanto, ma alimenta le soddisfazioni e così accade che i problemi nei quali si inciampa diventino una maniera per verificare ogni volta di essere capaci a mettere in pratica tutto... La coppia prende vita, si muove e funziona con una sorta di genialità che solo loro due riescono ad esprimere insieme: sono fatti così... E meno male!

Genius is not only skill but it is something transversal to practice, experience, instinct, vocation, vivacity; it is a spark that fires, a push leads you to the right happy solution. But it is also the extreme ability to understand the things that happen around us faster; sometimes it is simply another point of view, not the obvious one but it is the most personal vision, more heated, lively, brilliant and full of enthusiasm. Here, this is what feeds Laura and Samuel and their looks are full of joy and desire to invent, discover and continually get involved: in this way the path has no end the work is so much but it feeds them with satisfaction and the problems arised they become a way to verify every time that they are able to put all theese skills into practice ... And the couple comes to life, moves and works: a sort of brilliance that they are able to express as a couple and that's the way how they work together.

"Da mamma dico che avere un bimbo piccolo non ha reso le cose facili ed è tuttora impegnativo, perchè conciliare il lavoro nei campi insieme alla vendita, con il tempo che dedico a lui è molto complicato e stancante, ma la bellezza di questa avventura nata nel 2017 sta proprio nel costruire un progetto sia rurale che di vita familiare; il fatto di vedere il bimbo che gioca tra galline, terra, schizzi d'acqua e tanta natura che noi curiamo e trattiamo in maniera naturale è qualcosa che ci riempie il cuore di forza per andare avanti e ci fa realizzare quanto ne valga indubbiamente la pena"

"Non potrebbe esserci campo da gioco migliore per nostro figlio, della terra che coltiviamo naturalmente, del podere, del cortile stesso con il pollaio, con le oche... Tutto questo indubbiamente lo abbiamo architettato e lo portiamo avanti anche per lui. La scelta di fare agricoltura biodinamica è stata una decisione che in qualche maniera si pone in sintonia con il nostro modo di vivere la vita; io vengo dagli studi di agronomia e a tuttoggi mi divido tra la nostra campagna e il mio mestiere di giardiniere. Siamo agli inizi, abbiamo 15 ettari tra gli appezzamenti di proprietà e in affitto; seminativo, ulivi, uva, frutta e verdura e quindi bisogna stringere i denti e andare avanti, ma il fatto di sapere che un domani questo rudere dismesso potrà diventare la nostra casa è qualcosa di tremendamente emozionante. Per questo motivo è stato importante scegliere la conversione all'agricoltura biodinamica che prepara questo terreno ad una dimensione di naturalezza e di sintonia con il resto dell'ambiente; e perchè quindi non creare un luogo, un territorio, delle coltivazioni, un'atmosfera che soprattutto possa filtrare la genuinità restituendoci alimenti sani e vita resiliente? E' molto importante per noi ma lo è anche per il futuro di questi terreni e per lasciare ai nostri figli la cosa migliore che potremo creare tutti insieme"-

"There could be no better playground for our son than the land we cultivate and the farm, than the courtyard itself with the chicken coop, with the geese... We have undoubtedly devised all of this and we carry it out for him too. Biodynamic agriculture was a decision that in some way is in tune with our way of living life; I come from agronomy studies and still today I divide myself between our countryside, which includes a total of 15 hectares of arable land, olive trees, grapes, fruit and vegetables, and my job as a gardener.We are at the beginning and therefore we must grit our teeth and move on, but the fact of knowing that one day this abandoned ruin will become our home is something exciting. For this reason it was important to choose the conversion to biodynamic agriculture that prepares this land for a dimension of naturalness and harmony with the rest of the environment: why not create a place , a territory, crops, an environment that above all they can filter authenticity and give us healthy food and resilient life? It is very important for us also for the future of this land and for leave our children the best thing we will all do together".

Samuel e Laura hanno le idee molto chiare e possiedono la storica e stoica volontà di ferro dei romagnoli e la grande voglia di lavorare tipica di questo popolo. L'origine dei riminesi non risale alla marineria, contrariamente a quanto potrebbe sembrare, ma va ricercata in quelle storie di micro-ruralità familiare e contadina in cui le donne erano il legame forte e rappresentavano la possibilità di poter andare avanti conciliando attività rurali e famiglia grazie al loro lavoro; basti pensare che durante la guerra, lungo la linea gotica le "azdore", le donne di casa, risolvevano problemi di alimentazione quotidiana scambiando cibo nella vicina Toscana, ricca di quelle castagne che rappresentavano un notevole apporto di nutrimento grazie all'alto contenuto di fosforo e di potassio, fondamentale fonte di sostentamento in quei tempi di fame, bombardamenti e carestia. Diciamo che, anche se in condizioni totalmente diverse, ho riconosciuto in loro il seme di quell'antica qualità: il valore di una famiglia che sta cercando di creare una dimora e un'agricoltura sana che la nutra e che alimenti anche la comunità dei loro clienti.

Samuel and Laura have very clear ideas and possess the historic iron will of the Romagna people and the great desire to work typical of this people. The origin of the Rimini people does not go back to the navy, contrary to what it might seem, but must be sought in those stories of family and peasant micro-rurality in which women were the strong link and represented the possibility of being able to keep rural activities and family together thanks to their heavy work; just think that during the war, along the Gothic line were the "azdore" the women of the house who solved daily feeding problems exchanging food with the nearby Tuscan rich in chestnuts which represented a considerable supply of nourishment, thanks to the high content of phosphorus and potassium, fundamental in those times of bombing and famine. Let's say that, even if in totally different conditions, I recognized the seed of this ancient value in them. The value of a rural family that tries to create a place to give life to a healthy home and agriculture that first of all nourishes them and then also the community of their customers.

"Mia moglie è fondamentale in questo nostro progetto perchè io mi divido ancora tra il lavoro di giardiniere e la nostra campagna, per cui lei lavora veramente moltissimo nei campi e in azienda ma per ora dobbiamo organizzarci in questa maniera; io dal canto mio ho frequentato i corsi che mi hanno portato a conseguire le competenze e l'abilità per introdurre la biodinamica e i suoi preparati nella nostra terra. Una volta dinamicizzati e quindi, detto in poche parole, diluiti in acqua e mescolati per molto tempo, i preparati biodinamici vengono aspersi sui campi meccanicamente e li preparo io stesso uno per uno. Potrei anche acquistarli, ma a parte il risparmio, dato che sono molto costosi, preparandoli autonomamente li posso creare quando mi servono gestendone la qualità".

Once created a dynamic mixture, in a nutshell, diluted in water and mixed for a long time, the biodynamic preparations that are then mechanically sprinkled along the grounds, i prepare them one by one myself. I could also buy them, but apart from the savings since they are very expensive, by preparing them myself I can manage their quality "

Io non so bene il perchè anche se in fondo non mi interessa il motivo, ma il risultato del loro modo di essere è la loro terra che "sorride". Potrebbe dipendere dal fatto che mi trovi in Romagna e i romagnoli sono fatti un pò così: grandi lavoratori che gioiscono nel portare a termine quello che si sono prefissati di fare. E non c'entrano nulla le spiagge, il turismo, la notte, le discoteche... E' qualcosa di molto più radicato nell'anima che possiede questo territorio nel quale "la famiglia" è sempre stata la solida base di qualsiasi funzionante esempio di impresa: una terra che ha raccolto e mantenuto tradizioni di cultura rurale antica sopravvissuta fino ad oggi. Questi sono i valori che ho riconosciuto in loro due: la capacità, la vocazione, la voglia, la volontà, la felicità di non disperdere ed è solo in questa maniera che il terreno non muore ma resta e conta, arricchendosi di quella vita che gli permette di vincere sul cemento, sull'inquinamento e sulla mediocrità alimentare.

Non mollate mai ragazzi! Anche quando gli altri lo farebbero, voi no!

I don't know precisely the reason why but their land smiles; it could depend on the fact that we are in Romagna and people of Romagna are like that, hard workers who rejoice in accomplishing what they set out to do. And i don't mean the fame of beaches, tourism, the nights on discos ... It is something much more rooted in the soul of this land in which the family has always been the solid basis of any functioning business example: a land that has collected and maintained traditions of ancient rural culture that has survived to this day. This is the value that I found in this couple; the ability, the vocation, the desire, the will, the happiness of not making their beloved Romagna lose their meaning and memory and it is only in this way that the land does not die, but it lives by winning over concrete buildings, pollution and mediocre food .

Pls You Never give up guys, even when others should: you two... nope!
