A Canino in provincia di Viterbo incontro Sergio Marcoaldi, l'agronomo che da anni si occupa di questo particolare tipo di asparago che nasce e cresce grazie alla natura che aiuta la natura. Sergio mi spiega che la vera differenza di questo tipo di coltivazione consiste nell'essere riusciti a canalizzare e sfruttare le acque sotterranee di natura geotermica molto calde e che possono raggiungere anche la temperatura di 50 gradi.

Possiamo tranquillamente affermare che ogni anno i primi asparigi della stagione vengono raccolti nel nostro territorio, quì nelle campagne di Canino"
